mornings might start with taking medication, which helps keep symptoms in check and make the day feel more manageable. some people go to therapy or support groups, where they can talk about their experiences and pick up new coping strategies. work, school, or even just socializing can be tough, especially if hallucinations or delusions pop up throughout the day. 


evenings: evenings are often about winding down—maybe listening to music, journaling, or practicing mindfulness—since stress can make symptoms worse. having a solid routine and a strong support system can make a huge difference in feeling more in control and less alone.
