ntc is a community-based platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of mental health warriors by sharing their stories, providing accessible mental health resources, and educating + spreading awareness others about mental health topics via our blogs!
after suffering from bullying and isolation due to her OCD symptoms, Areen found an unlikely community of other mental health warriors online, sharing their stories. reading about other's stories and mental health journeys always made her feel "validated and less alone," which led her to start NTC: an inclusive platform where anyone and everyone can share their stories :)
