ray’s story

“i started struggling with my mental health in middle school. my 'friend' decided to yell out in the middle of the cafeteria that i was f*cking irritating. i had always been an anxious person but after that i changed and started worrying about every single little thing i did in front of other people, stressing out and analyzing every single little thing i said out loud going over every single word to see if what i said could be used against me. i would stay up at night worrying about friendships wondering if those people truly i graduated high school almost a year ago and am now in college. i still struggle with depression and anxiety daily. therapy has helped me so much with healing and having a strong friend group here at college. i have much better friends now who actually care about me and try to help me through the rough spots being a listening ear to vent."
